High Power TV

Four high performance units give coverage for the VHF Channels 7-13 and UHF TV Bands 470 - 860 MHz. Optimized for LOW LOSS, these circulators typically operate at 500 Watts cw, 900 Watts peak power level.

The units are designed for efficient heat transfer, however heat sinking must be adequate to transfer the internally dissipated power (from less than 25 Watts in the circulator to about 150 watts for the isolator absorbing rated reverse power.) The forward power rating may be raised by providing adequate heat sinking to keep the circulator body temperature within the rated temperature range of -10°C to + 70°C and will not be damaged by even greater temperature extremes (-30°C to + 90°C).

The isolator version has an integral 125 Watt loaded designed to provide a minimum of 20 dB isolation.
